Automize Leads ("we," "our," "us") operates https://automizeleads.com and provides pre-qualified motivated seller lead services to real estate investors. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it, and how to exercise your rights.
2. Information We Collect
From investor clients and prospects:
- Name, business name, email, phone
- Markets/counties of interest
- CRM type and integration preferences
- Billing information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers)
- Communications with our team (email, SMS, calls)
From property sellers (data we collect on behalf of our clients):
- Name, phone, property address
- SMS conversation transcripts
- Self-reported motivation, timeline, property condition
- Public-record data attached to the property
From visitors automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device info, referrer
- Pages viewed, time on site (Google Analytics, if enabled)
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver qualified leads to our investor clients
- To process payments and manage accounts
- To send transactional emails, SMS, and customer support
- To send marketing emails to clients who've opted in (with unsubscribe in every email)
- To improve our AI models, services, and site (aggregate data only)
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
4. SMS / Text Messaging
Critical: SMS opt-in information (mobile numbers, consent records) is explicitly never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or any purpose. This data boundary is maintained even if other information is shared per the categories described in Section 5.

5. How We Share Information
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With our investor clients — qualified seller lead data is delivered to the one (1) investor purchasing leads in that county. Never multi-cast.
- With service providers under contract (CRM, payment processor, hosting, analytics) who are bound by data-protection terms.
- For legal reasons — subpoena, court order, law enforcement request, or to protect rights and safety.
- In a business transfer — merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies for site functionality and (if enabled) Google Analytics for anonymized traffic measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work fully.
7. Data Retention
- Active investor client data: retained for the term of engagement plus 7 years for tax/compliance
- Demo SMS conversations: 90 days, then deleted
- Seller qualification data: forwarded to the purchasing investor and retained per their CRM policy; we retain a copy for 12 months for QA
- Site analytics: standard Google Analytics retention
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (CCPA for California residents, GDPR for EU residents, similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion
- Object to processing
- Data portability
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
To exercise these rights, email leads@automizecrm.com. We respond within 30 days.
9. Children
Automize Leads services are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use industry-standard security measures — TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, access controls and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage strong passwords and 2FA on linked accounts.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page and emailed to active clients. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
