SMS / A2P 10DLC Policy

Program Description

Automize Leads operates an A2P 10DLC registered SMS program for the purpose of (a) demonstrating our AI qualification flow to prospective investor clients, and (b) qualifying motivated home sellers who have responded to our marketing outreach. We send informational and transactional messages only; we do not send promotional content via SMS to consumers who have not explicitly opted in.

Opt-In

• Investor demo opt-in: Investors opt in by texting the keyword DEMO to our demo number ((267) 440-6015). This action is logged with timestamp, originating number, and message body. Opt-in scope is limited to the duration of the demo session plus a single follow-up message.
• Seller qualification opt-in: Sellers who have completed a phone or web form indicating interest in selling their property, OR who have texted us directly in response to an outbound message, are considered opted in for the purpose of qualification messaging. Every outbound campaign carries a clear sender identification and STOP instruction.
• Consent to receive SMS is never a condition of purchase or service.

Message Frequency

Demo conversations are capped at 20 messages per session. Seller qualification conversations are paced naturally and typically end within 8-12 messages with either a booked appointment or disqualification. Recipients can opt out at any time.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of Automize Leads SMS at any time by replying with any of the following keywords:

STOP · END · CANCEL · UNSUBSCRIBE · QUIT

You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from that campaign. For help, reply HELP.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Automize Leads does not charge for SMS; any cost is between you and your carrier.

Supported Carriers

Automize Leads supports the major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Handling

• Phone numbers collected through our SMS program are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Demo conversations are retained for up to 90 days for quality review and AI tuning, then deleted.
• Seller qualification conversations are forwarded only to the investor client purchasing the lead and retained per that client's CRM policy.
• SMS opt-in data is explicitly excluded from any data shared with third-party affiliates, analytics platforms, or marketing partners.
